District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)
A 35 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 12:05am, February 22, in the 16700 block of Highline Blvd by Deputy R. Salazar for an order of arrest warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance call. The female was taken to jail.
A 45 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 8:40pm, February 24, in the 15300 block of Ben
Wiggins Road by Deputies K. Underwood and A. Cross for an assault causes bodily injury warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputies had been advised of the male’s location. Also arrested at the scene was a 34 year old female from Conroe who advised the Deputies numerous times that the male was not in the house. She was charged with hindering apprehension. Both subjects were transported to jail.
On February 26, Deputy J. Kader was sent to a convenience store in the 15500 block of E.
Williams in reference to a male attempting to purchase merchandise with a counterfeit $20.00
bill. The male left the store after the clerk confiscated the bill. The clerk was able to provide a license plate number and the Deputy located the male at a residence from the license plate number. The Deputy found the male asleep in the vehicle. During the investigation the male
admitted to using the counterfeit bill. During a search of the male, a baggy of marijuana was
found on him. Also, a pill identified as Lorcet was located on the male. The male was arrested at
10:06am, charged with possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance. He was transported to jail. Charges are pending on the counterfeit bill.
On February 26, Deputy K. Berger and Sgt. E. Ward were notified of a family violence assault in
the 11400 block of Post Oak Road. A father and his 18 year old son got involved in an argument
that became physical. The father said he fought with his son because the younger male had head
butted him. The older man slammed his son’s head into a glass door causing the glass to break.
The fight continued out the door and down the stairs. Upon Deputies arrival the younger male
was observed to have cuts on his head, numerous scratches on his neck that were bleeding. Both
eyes were bloodshot where he was hit. The older male had no marks on him. The 40 year old male from Willis was arrested at 7:50pm and taken to jail. The younger male received a citation
for the assault on the father.
A 28 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 5:28pm, February 27, in the 8300 block of
Pineloch Drive by Deputy K. Albritton for a driving while intoxicated warrant out of
Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a vehicle disturbance that the male was riding an ATV on the roadway and had rode into someone’s yard. The male was taken to jail.
On February 28, Deputy W. Adams and Cpl D. Bonner were dispatched to the 11800 block of Nelwood in reference to a criminal trespass call. The Deputies met with a female complainant who advised she had kicked her 26 year old son and his common law wife out of her house on February 21st. The male was abusing drugs and drinking excessively. On February 27th the common law wife came over to stay with the complainant to get away from the male. According to the complainant, she was asleep in the morning hours of February 28th when she was
awakened by her son who was standing over her. The male was intoxicated. Later, after meeting with the Deputies the 26 year old male from Conroe was arrested for criminal trespass and taken to jail.
District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)
On 2/24/10 Deputy Hamilton was dispatched to Hwy. 59 @ Spears Cir. in reference to a Theft in
Progress. Upon his arrival he learned that a Patton Village unit was able to conduct a traffic stop on the suspect vehicle. It had been reported that two males were stealing scrap metal from the
back of a home. The suspects were found in possession of the scrap metal and were arrested.
The two males, ages 26 and 38 were charged with Theft.
On 2/25/10 Deputy Walker was dispatched to a disturbance in progress at Hwy 59 @ Fm 1485.
The Deputy made contact with one of the actors in the disturbance. The suspect went into the
glove box of the vehicle to obtain rental paperwork and the Deputy observed several unmarked
prescription bottles. Inside of the bottles were several drugs for which the suspect had no
prescription for. The suspect, a 60 year old male was arrested and charged with Possession of a
Controlled Substance and Possession of a Dangerous Drug.
On 2/26/10 Deputy Rippley was dispatched to the Aestival Drive in reference to a Criminal Mischief call. Upon her arrival she met with the complainant who stated that the suspect had
gotten mad at her and taken all of her clothes and burned them. Contact was made with the suspect who admitted to burning the clothes. The suspect, a 20 year old male was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief.
On 3/2/10 Deputy Ortiz was in the area of McDonalds in the 23000 block of Hwy 59. The
Deputy was flagged down about a suspect trying to pass a counterfeit $20 bill. The Deputy was
able to make contact with the suspect and detained the suspect in the back of the patrol vehicle
while he conducted his investigation. While the Deputy searched the suspect vehicle the suspect
became irate and kicked the rear window of the patrol unit causing damage to the vehicle. The
suspect, a 42 year old male was charged with Criminal Mischief for damaging the patrol unit.
The counterfeit bill was never located.
District 5 – Lt. Don Lacy (Northwest County)
On 02/25/10 at 4:50 PM Deputy Durbin responded to the 15700 block of Forest Drive for a report of Criminal Mischief. The Complainant reported that sometime over the past week someone vandalized his vacant residential property causing extensive damage estimated to be in excess of $ 15,000. The case is under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division.
On 02/27/10 at 12:30 PM Deputy Howze responded to the 8500 block of Allen Drive for the report of an Abandoned Vehicle. Investigation revealed that the vehicle was unoccupied and left
along side of the road. Upon checking stolen/wanted status it was learned that the vehicle was reported stolen out of Harris County. The vehicle was processed for evidence and removed from the scene. The case is under investigation by the Auto Theft Task Force.
On 02/27/10 at 9:00 PM Deputy Farmer responded to the 200 block of Lakeview Circle to conduct a Warrant Service. The subject in question was apprehended and arrested on a Felony Order of Arrest in conjunction with a Probation Violation. The subject was placed into the Montgomery County Jail without bond.
On 02/28/10 at 9:15 PM Deputy Favorat conducted a Traffic Stop in the 12000 block of FM 149 North. Upon checking the driver it was discovered that the individual had outstanding warrants from Tarrant County Texas and Freemont County Colorado. The warrants were confirmed and the subject was arrested and placed into the Montgomery County jail without bond.
On 03/01/10 at 10:00 AM Deputy Favorat responded to Pimmit Hill Run Drive for a reported Burglary of a Vehicle. The Complainant reported that someone entered her unlocked vehicle overnight and stole approximately $ 60 cash. The case is under investigation by the Patrol Division.
