    College system proposes tax, tuition hikes

    Thunderstorms again in mix for Tuesday

    Another round of thunderstorms is likely on the way today and some areas could receive 1 to 2 inches of rain, which could trigger minor flooding in those neighborhoods where heavy rain fell on Monday.
